I do love white trousers, especially with flat shoes: they are in my opinion the epitome of Summer chic. They remind me of the 40’s elegance, especially Katharine Hepburn’s effortless silhouette.
The point though is to find the right white trousers, which is not that easy.
Wanting to look super slim wearing white trousers (which is often not the case, except if you are a Victoria Secret model) is a major and common mistake: embrace your curves and go for loose fabric and a perfect cut (for you).
It’s much more comfortable.
