Margareth & Moi is the result of a beautiful story that involves neither Margareth, nor myself at that, but two individuals by the name of Victoria and Gildas.
Victoria and Gildas met in another life, when they were both working for Olivier Lapidus. That meeting led to a true friendship but also a superb creation: Margareth & Moi.
Margareth & Moi is, in my opinion, the perfect reflection of a pure yet daring architecture applied to the world of couture.
The choice of textiles is the object of the utmost care, depending on quality, feel and flow of a material. Silk faille is one of their favorite materials to work with, as well as poplin, which they source in Switzerland, given that ancestral traditions make Swiss poplin the best in the world.
The structure of each piece is flawless and gives anyone incredible allure. The design of the sleeves is splendid (my inner lawyer is fascinated) and the straight collars make for an adaptable look depending on whether you are feeling more or less demure.
I don’t even think it’s adapted to talk about couture here: Margareth & Moi is most definitely haute-couture.
Margareth & Moi is a confidential, timeless and supremely elegant brand, which crafts each and every rare, sumptuous piece of theirs with equal love and professionalism and that, in my humble opinion, is the meaning of true luxury.
Cherry on top: Victoria and Gildas are absolutely adorable, which really is a priceless addition.
