And here is Montmartre as I like it: a desert Montmartre with no one in sight, early in the morning. It feels like a quiet village.
It’s so good to be exactly where everyone is not, to avoid the Tertre place or the Sacré-Coeur basilica and fully appreciate Lamark-Caulaincourt area, the Junot avenue, the vineyard or this confidential square behind the monumental basilica.
So here is Montmartre as I like it, in blue and green.
